Online EMDR is one of the most well-researched trauma therapeutic interventions. EMDR goes beyond typical talk therapy to help the body truly release the repeat triggering of the fight or flight response that becomes chronic with somebody with PTSD.
Virtual EMDR can be used for many other applications, addressing issues that involve intense physical overwhelm of emotions. Decades of research has shown that EMDR actually changes the brain and nervous system in ways that help reverse PTSD symptoms in the body and the brain.
